Enclosures Required for Admission

For admission to Little Gems School, the following documents are required to be submitted for final admission:

Note:

  • The Transfer Certificate must be duly signed by the Principal before issuance.

  • Admission will be considered provisional until the required documents have been submitted and verified.

  • Even if the admission fee is paid, the admission remains provisional until the necessary documents are verified and accepted by the school authorities.

  • For Nursery admission, a Xerox copy of the original Birth Certificate issued by the Registrar of Births from a Municipal Body must be submitted, attested by a gazetted officer.

Withdrawal / Issue of Transfer Certificate (TC)

  • A written notice for withdrawal must be given at least one calendar month in advance, or a month’s fee must be paid in lieu of the notice.

  • If a student leaves the school in May, the fee for June will still be applicable.

  • A Transfer Certificate will only be issued after all dues are cleared.

  • Students may be asked to leave the school for the following reasons:

    • Non-payment of fees.

    • Disciplinary issues.

    • Repeated detention.

    • Delayed or repeated failure to pay fees.

    • Absence without permission.

    • Violation of school rules and regulations.

  • If withdrawal is requested after 15th June, the fee will be charged on a pro-rata basis.

  • The Transfer Certificate will be issued only after the clearance of all dues and completion of the necessary formalities.

Mode of Payment

  • Fees can be paid online via the Little Gems School website using net banking or Debit/Credit cards. (For login ID and password, parents can contact the school office).

  • Fees are payable in advance by cash or cheque (payable to Little Gems School, Narasaraopet).

  • If fees are not paid on time, the student’s name will be removed from the rolls.

  • Re-admission may be considered at the discretion of the Principal, only after settling all outstanding fees.

  • Fees can be paid in advance for multiple terms or for the full academic session.

  • The date of presentation of a cheque will be treated as the payment date, provided the cheque is not dishonoured.

  • Any cheque returned by the bank will be considered as non-payment of fees, and legal action will be taken for recovery, along with a fine.

  • Parents are advised to keep the payment receipts safe for future reference.

  • Parents must ensure correct details (e.g., Student’s Name, Class & Section, and Admin Number) are provided when depositing the fees.

  • If a student is admitted late after the start of the session, fees will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.

  • All fees must be cleared before the commencement of the term exams. The admit card for exams will only be issued if there are no pending dues.
